Patrick Healy is a seasoned executive with 40 years of experience in the healthcare and insurance industries. He has a proven track record in creating, managing and revitalizing organizations in the healthcare space. Patrick brings senior executive experience with global health care brands including the Mayo Clinic and the Cleveland Clinic, international brands such as The Travelers Insurance Company and Centene Corporation, and other public and privately held regional healthcare organizations. In addition to his traditional payer background, his years working alongside physicians in the delivery of healthcare has given him a unique perspective on the health needs and disparities of diverse populations. Patrick has consistently delivered improved profitability while upgrading the performance of the organizations he has directed. Many of those companies have been cited as “best in class” by independent review and accrediting organizations. An acknowledged expert in healthcare delivery, Patrick has given testimony in court proceedings and legislative settings. In 2013, Georgia Governor Nathan Deal appointed Patrick to the Joint Study Committee on Medicaid Reform. Patrick has been active on several influential boards in the community, including the Georgia Chamber of Commerce, and the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce. He served as member of the Investment Committee of Springboard Capital Management, a private equity investment firm. He is active in several faith-based organizations.  He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Business Administration from Stetson University.

Charlie has 15 years of experience tailoring complex products to client, user & partner needs. Following a career on the trading desk as a portfolio manager, investment strategist and trusted advisor to JPMorgan’s wealthiest Private Bank clients, Charlie has managed FinTech, EdTech, eCommerce & Digital Health product teams in New York, Austin & Chicago. Charlie is responsible for overseeing strategic product direction, including product vision, product innovation, product design, product development & product marketing.

Leveraging more than 30 years of international business experience, Christopher is responsible for commercial strategy, including identifying and building corporate distribution, clinical, government and academic partnerships to meet the strategic objectives of widespread adoption and revenue growth through technology licensing and B2B / B2B2C product distribution.

Mehrtash is a chartered accountant, corporate finance and management consultant with some 40 years of commercial and professional experience. He is a fellow member of the Chartered Institute of Certified Accountants (FCCA) in the UK, and a Chartered member of CISI (Chartered Institute of Securities & Investment), a global institute in financial regulations and compliance based in London. He has acted as partner or executive director in a number of consulting and commercial companies in his long career. Mehrtash is responsible for the strategic planning, implementation, managing and running of all the finance activities of the company.

Kerri’s marketing career has spanned more than 20 years including her VP director position with multi-national, tier one agency, BBDO for several years. She has been an integral part of creating global brand and communication strategies for many Fortune 500 companies, government organizations and high profile not-for-profit entities. She is responsible for overseeing the planning, development and execution of all marketing, branding and advertising initiatives.

Dr. Neil Natkow is the Chief Medical Officer of AI Nexus Healthcare and works with Advisory Board members developing algorithms in their specialty areas. Dr. Natkow brings his unique medical background to the company. Board certified in Family Practice his experience spans private practice, academics, and health care management. Having left private practice he accepted a position in Grand Rapids Michigan to oversee training of medical students and residents as well as the ongoing certification of the programs. He accepted an invitation from Michigan State University to join the faculty. Medical academics and academic administration continued to play a significant role with a department chairmanship at Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine and later at Southeastern University of Health Sciences as both Associate Dean of the Medical School and Vice President for Professional Affairs, with operational responsibility for clinical operations of the Medical, Optometry and Pharmacy schools. He received the “Distinguished Faculty Award” from Nova Southeastern University A 5-year stint as Chief Medical Officer and, later, as CEO of a small teaching (245 beds) redirected Dr Natkow’s interest to healthcare management. At the request of the State of Florida, the hospital was one of three to sponsor the first Medicaid HMO in the State. When the hospital was closed by the ownership company, Natkow and his partner took the company private thus changing the focus of his career. Over the subsequent years, until the present, Dr Natkow has devoted his career to managed care at the most senior levels, serving as CEO or co-CEO of several ventures.

Dr. Masoud Teimory is an internationally recognized Eye Surgeon, Health Care Innovator and Photographer. His dedication and leadership for improving patient care has led to a major developments in at Western Sussex Hospitals NHS Trust and the development of the world- class Southlands Eye Care in Shoreham. Dr. Teimory was trained at the Children's Hospital Boston part of Harvard Medical School as well as by leading eye surgeons in Bath, St Paul's Eye Hospital (now part of Royal Liverpool), St George's Hospital, London as well as Senior Registrar and multiple Fellowships from World Renowned Moorfield's Eye Hospital and Bascom Palmer Eye Institute, Miami, Florida. A pioneer in his field, Dr. Teimory was one of the first trainee Eye Surgeons in 1989 to be introduced to micro-incision cataract surgery by Helen Seward who introduced Phacoemulsification cataract surgery in Britain in the late 80’s.

Mr Mansoor Foroughi - MB ChB (Sheff), FRCS (London), MSc (Neurovascular disorders), FRCS(SN), FEBNS, EANS (Braakman Diploma) Mr Mansoor Foroughi qualified from Sheffield Medical School in the UK, commencing extensive neurosurgical training at the Royal London Hospital, before completing his formal Neurosurgical training program in University Hospital of Wales. This was followed by three fellowships including two long and intensive international fellowship programs in Helsinki, Finland and Vancouver, Canada, during which he also completed his MSc program in Neurovascular diseases. On return to the UK, he worked as a senior fellow at Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham in both anterior & lateral skull base surgery and use of minimally invasive techniques, before working as a Consultant Neurosurgeon for several years at QEH Birmingham. While working in one of UK's busiest Neurosurgical units, focusing on surgery of low volume complex tumours and vascular pathology, in keeping with the units international reputation he further focused on management of Hydrocephalus and the treatment of Chiari Malformations, Syringomyelia, colloid & arachnoid cysts and development of neuro-endoscopic procedures. He subsequently worked as a full time NHS consultant in Brighton between 2015 and 2022, and since then he has been in private practice in Brain & Spine surgery as well as being a medicolegal expert for the last 10 years. He has more than 27 years experience in Neurosurgery, is passionate about new and beneficial technology, and use of Artificial Intelligence in disease detection and prevention. He has performed more than 4000 Neurosurgical procedures, presented and published dozens of articles & abstracts, and authored several Neurosurgical book chapters. Innovations have included the development of the virtual endoscope using a haptic device and Stereoscopic imaging for rehearsal of operations in 2006 which was awarded a national innovations prize. Also development of a brain dissecting ballon cannula and introducing new techniques and operations such as insertion of modified ICP monitoring devices allowing telemetric assessment of ICP in brain arachnoid cysts. In 2019 he was the founder of the Cerebrospinal Fluid (CSF) section for the European Association of Neurological Surgeons (EANS) and led the group in pioneering the CSF section for the EANS. He has been involved in Artificial Intelligence projects and innovations with AI Nexus since early 2019, and directly involved in innovations such as vitals signs monitoring and stroke detection using readily accessible digital imaging.

Dr. Moussa oversees the development and implementation of AI Nexus Healthcare's cardiology programs and services and helps advance the development of new technologies for cardiovascular diseases.  Dr. Moussa has held numerous leadership positions in the American Heart Association and the Society of Cardiac Angiography and Intervention. He serves on the leadership council of the Health Innovation Section of the American College of Cardiology and is involved with the section’s digital health and virtual reality initiatives. Dr. Moussa currently serves as medical director of the Heart & Vascular Institute at Carle Health. a Professor of Medicine and Associate Dean for Research and Innovation at the Carle Illinois College of Medicine and Professor of Bioengineering (research) at The Grainger College of Engineering at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.  Dr. Moussa is committed to helping AI Nexus Healthcare advance its mission of providing innovative, high-quality healthcare solutions across the globe and in creating a new generation of smart health and wellness applications powered by cognitive artificial intelligence designed to help shape the future of healthcare.

Henry has a Ph.D with extensive experience managing medical & pharmaceutical product development. He spent 7 years researching stem cell and pharmaceutical treatments for cancer and autoimmune diseases resulting in Investigational New Drug status approval from the FDA and subsequent clinical trials. He has published articles in high impact scientific journals and developed many new scientific techniques. He led preclinical studies for several major pharmaceutical companies and is an expert in research study design and management. Henry is leading our clinical trial preparations and working with our medical team to develop smart medical diagnostic algorithms.

Neil Berman, CPA, has over 13 years of experience in the public and corporate finance industry.  In addition, he has over 35 years of experience in the managed health care industry, as a health plan senior executive with several Fortune 100 Health Insurance Companies and Managed Care Organizations.  Most recently he was Florida Senior Director of Operations and Business Development for Humana.  He has experience with overall management and operations, business development, speciality networks, provider contracting and finance.  Neil will leverage his substantial expertise and business relationships with the managed care organizations and provider community to deliver high-level, cost-effective results to our business partners.

Darius A’Zami brings extensive experience in international relations and legal affairs to the team and holds a PHD in International Relations and a Graduate Diploma in Law. In addition to overseeing all international legal affiars for AI Nexus Healthcare, Darius currently teaches at one of the top 3 IR schools in China, teaching at Undergraduate, Graduate and Professional (diplomatic) levels. Darius’ work has been published in multiple publications as well he is a seasoned speaker and sought after expert for conferences and summits around the world.

Maria is primarily a problem solver and entrepreneur.  A qualified accountant, Maria began her career in financial services and asset management with extensive experience in building and developing innovative business models both in the UK and Switzerland for companies like American Express.  Her most recent role was member of the Board, Head of Compliance and MLRO for a US based asset manager.  Whilst on maternity leave, Maria started investing in property and has since built a multi-million pound portfolio.  Maria is now responsible for identifying and developing strategic corporate and clinical partnerships for AI Nexus.

Domenick started his career in the financial and banking industry in 2000, working for JPMorgan Private Bank for over 12 years, mostly in the trust officer role working with ultra-high net worth clients. In 2013, Domenick moved to Connecticut to join the Dalio Family Office where he worked as a COO overseeing various functions. Domenick returned to Palm Beach County at the end of 2014 to lead the wealth planning team for several RIAs before joining US Bank as their Wealth Planner for the Southeast region. Throughout his career, Domenick has advised high net worth individuals, families, family offices, business owners, corporate executives, endowments, and foundations on simplifying financial complexities through wealth planning and risk management. Domenick is now responsible for identifying and developing strategic corporate and clinical partnerships for AI Nexus.

MD, PhD at Karolinska Institutet, Stockholm Sweden Research leader at the Medect Clinical Trials & Bragée Pain Clinic - Karolinska Institutet Dr Bertilson is MD andalso a licensed sports medical physician now serving as research leader at the Medect Clinical Trials, and Bragée pain Cclinics and with special emphasis of on chronic pain. He is chairman of an international network with its base at Karolinska Institutet - the Pain Inflammation and Fatigue (PIAF) network at Karolinska Institutet. As a teacher at Karolinska Institutet and elsewhere, Dr. Bertilson has given thousands of lectures/seminars/courses on subjects such as pain diagnostics, sports and orthopedic medicine and health promotion, diagnostic blocks and injection technique, research planning, and scientific writing and presentation. He presently supervises three PhD students and half a dozen medical students and resident physicians in their scientific work. As a medical advisor he has served to several patient organizations, to the Swedish Social Insurance Agency central office in Stockholm and on several regional and national boards tasked with reports and guidelines on the care of patients with pain and also as advisor to several patient organizations. Presently, Dr Bertilson supervises three PhD students and three medical students in their scientific work. To further the diagnostic accuracy and effective care of patients with "non-specific pain and dysfunction" he has developed a digital application named "Paint IT" and Artificial Intelligence (AI) algorithms to assess patient made discomfort (pain) drawings.

Joel Redman is an award-winning Musculoskeletal clinician and UK registered Osteopath. Joel began his successful career with five years of intense study at Oxford Brookes in Osteopathic Medicine, with a 1st class dissertation in headache management, setting the foundation for over a decade in clinical practice based in Oxford. He went on to thrive in the NHS setting, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team for chronic, complex pain patients at the RLHIM/UCL. His international experience includes working with elite strength athletes, designing and implementing the 'Summertown Sponsored Athlete Program'—delivering essential healthcare to underprivileged athletes and forming an integral part of a national concussion surveillance project in conjunction with premiership rugby. Armed with an MSc in Sports Medicine, Exercise and Health from ISEH/UCL and further experience in Data Analytics from Imperial College, Joel brings unique expertise to the AI Nexus Healthcare leadership team. Joel’s thesis examined the intersection between physical activity and development of cardiovascular disease using wearable technology and machine learning.
